Tom Osborne
Tom’s client-focused advocacy approach and diverse and versatile experience as a litigator both on the defense and plaintiff side instills confidence in his clients. Prior to joining Wright Law PDX, Tom gained experience in general civil litigation and insurance defense representing a wide range of individuals and businesses. Tom’s practice focuses on construction law, complex civil litigation, and personal injury work, including professional liability and trucking litigation. Tom also gained valuable courtroom experience and insight into Oregon state court practice and procedures when clerking at the Multnomah County Circuit Court for the Honorable Angel Lopez.
Tom graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2016. While at Penn State, Tom was a Senior Student Works Editor for the Journal of Law and International Affairs and was a clinic student at the Center for Immigrants’ Rights. In these roles, Tom gained invaluable experience in researching and writing as well as client interaction. During his time at Penn State, Tom worked for a public policy consultant group in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Tom partook in negotiations with state legislators and advised clients in the healthcare, telecommunications, insurance, and gaming industries.
Tom was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and grew up on Long Island, New York. He is an avid sports fan and follows the New York Yankees, Jets and Knicks. During his free time Tom likes staying active outdoors and spending time with his friends and family.
